6 Years strong, NERO have taken Drum-n-Bass fans by storm from the UK, their native country, to every crack and crevice in the world where a dance floor can be found.  the guys, Dan and Joe, have found massive support from their contemporaries and the Dance music media (Pete Tong, Tiesto, Diplo to name a few) which has enabled them to make moves on the charts as well.  2008 saw a major leap forward when the single "Act Like You know" was released, not just as a D-n-B track, but also with a self produced Dubstep version which opened the flood gates to capture a top spot in a new and ever growing scene.  The transition from D-n-B to Dubstep was inevitable seeing as the 2 genres are like twins that were separated at birth.  2010 will be the year that truly establishes the duo as a force in not just the sub-genres they cater to but to the Dance music scene as a whole thanks to their latest release "Innocence" (out now on Beatport and itunes).  Sweeping Trance style synths and vocals contrasted by break neck head rocking Dubstep drum patterns take genre bending to new highest and drop you back to earth to wonder what just happened.  In the same way underground Electro allowed David Guetta to make a more crossover worthy album, Nero's take on Dubstep may influence the Tiesto's of the world to take a stab at appealing to the wobble heads of the world.

While in Miami for the Winter Music Conference 2010, HipsterOverkill.com's MC Shawn Lucas was able to pull Dan and Joe aside after a set at Mansion night club in South Beach for an exclusive interview.
