Crookers seemingly came out of nowhere when the Kid Cudi "Day 'n' Night" remix began to take off at the end of 2008.  What most don't know is that the Milan based production duo have been grinding away for years.  In the past year they have successfully scored remixes for A-List artists like Chemical Brothers ("The Salmon Dance"), Chromeo ("Fancy Footwork"), and Diplo ("Wassup Wassup") to name a few.  Electro created  a new generation of dance followers becasue it appeals to Hip-Hop and Indie Rock fans alike., so, it makes sense that an ex Hip-Hop group turned dancefloor bombers would rise to the top.  With a Rap sensibility and love for Baltimore Club music they create high energy tunes that have DJ's googling like crazy to find more tracks.
